How It Works
Advantis CU offers a couple of mobile banking options:
Mobile Banking Application: Your account can be accessed through a mobile app for your smartphone (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.)
Text Banking: Get secure access to your real-time account information by sending a text message. After signing up for text banking, you can text the following commands to 40293 for instant info:
BAL Displays a list of your accounts and suffixes with their current available balances
HIST Shows a list of recent transactions on that account. Example: “hist 10″
LOAN View loan details, such as the next payment due date. Example: “loan 1″
LIST List of your account suffixes with their associated account types
HELP Shows you a list of keywords and their functionality
Is Mobile Banking Secure?
Advantis Mobile Banking is protected with SSL encryption, which is the same security protection applied to online banking members use through a web browser. Password and security questions are required at login as well, and periods of inactivity will cause the session to time-out, requiring the user to re-input login information to return.
Additionally, If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you can quickly deactivate access to your accounts by logging into online banking using a web browser and changing your password or by contacting Advantis Credit Union at 503-785-2528.
